Creative Arts & Wellness Workshops inspire the art of creating and are not about a final product.  The process of creating art with the collective power of mediation and yoga helps us to focus on the process of creating a healthier ‘Now’. 


Offering practices to navigate emotions and promote mental wellness,  our workshops aim to help you find the pause within our busy lives and re: align with our true selves.
